On Saturday, 28th April I travelled to Oakville to watch the World Cup Cricket Final. A bunch of Aussies met at Finnegans Wake Irish Pub, which is owned by a Sri Lanken - how approapriate eh! Even with the rain delay, we managed to stick it out, and spend the whole day at the pub. It was a struggle, but someone had to wave the Aussie flag. We were at times the only guests in the pub, and if the odd Canadian walked in they had no idea what we were watching, or even cheering for! All in all, a good day was had by all.
